The Ekobrew Reusable K-Cup
I have learned some new things recently, thanks to my twitter pal @Moodyx1253.
I had no idea there were so many alternative K-Cups options. Check this out. It’s crazy. The ones I’ve heard the most about are Ekobrew, My K-Cup, and My-Kaps. I haven’t tried any of them yet. I’ve been enjoying my real K-Cups way too much. Eventually, I may buy one–if I can decide which.
Something else I’m curious about (also passed along by Moody) is the using of a cleaned out K-Cup to brew with your own coffee grounds. This looks like major surgery, but I may be curious enough to try it.
Have you tried any of these options, or are you happy with your super-easy-to-brew K-Cups and want to leave it at that?
I have tried MyKCup and it is working well for me as I got some Dunkin Donuts coffee as a gift and didn’t want to pull out the old coffee maker. I also have some Caribou coffee blends that I like that are not available in KCups.
That’s good to know. Thanks for dropping by.
I save and reuse my empty k-cups. I love the coffes but hate the price. I found that I can cut 3×3 peices of foil and fill the empty with my favorite coffee and seal over the top with the foil. Works very well and can use the empty cup lots of times before I have to retire it
Good day! This is my first comment here so I just wanted to give a quick
shout out and tell you I really enjoy reading through
your posts. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that go over the same subjects?
Thanks!
It’s hard to come by well-informed people in this particular subject, but you seem like you know what
you’re talking about! Thanks
