This is what I would do for energy each day.
Don’t worry. I’m not giving up coffee any time soon. Plus, I’m much too lazy to do this every day even though it is just ten minutes. Right now I’m doing well if I yoga once a week.
If you don’t have the patience for a long yoga workout (ie, holding poses for minutes at a time) and could use an extra burst of energy in the morning or afternoon, I highly recommend this brief workout.
Better yet, just go for a nice stroll with a travel mug of your favorite K-Cup for some extra pep in your day.
